Roof Restoration Adelaide

Roof Restoration Adelaide is a local business that only conducts roof restorations in the Adelaide area. It operates as a small crew of dedicated workers and is a specialist roof restoration business, not a general home improvement company. The business is a proud partner of the Dulux Acratex brand and a certified applicator, offering a 15 year Dulux warranty over the new roof coating with every roof restoration job. It is licensed and fully insured.

For tiled roofs, it uses ultra high pressure water cleaning without chemicals or additives, and it uses flexible roof pointing compound for repointing ridge and hip cap tiles. Dulux Acratex Hi-build primer is used on every job. It can arrange for solar electricians to remove and reinstall solar panels for roof restoration. Online quotes are provided using aerial imagery software. The business works throughout the year. Services include roof restoration, roof sealing, and roof painting in Adelaide.

Homeowners seeking a complete tiled roof refurbishment describe a consistent experience with this Adelaide restoration specialist. Several customers highlight the clear, honest communication that runs from the first quote through to completion, with updates on scheduling and progress so that no surprises arose during the work. The team, frequently identified as Justin and Matt, is described as friendly, professional and reliable, taking the time to explain each stage of the process. Reviewers repeatedly mention the thorough clean, replacement of damaged tiles, repointing of mortar and spraying in a chosen colour, with the finished roof often likened to that of a new build.

The standard of workmanship, particularly the repointing, is singled out for praise, and the pricing is described as fair from the quoting stage onwards. Tidiness and responsiveness also come up, including one instance where the crew travelled out before heavy rain to fit extra tiles. Remote owners note that the job was managed entirely online and by phone without any drop in quality. Older roofs, including a fifty-year-old example, are reported to look almost new once the work is finished.
