We got several quotes and realised how many cowboy builders there are out there. Malik gave advice based on our best outcome and delivered a roof we can be proud of.

Got these guys out to assess a gutter issue and was told over the I’d be given a free quote and they would assess the issue on site. If I wanted it fixed and they felt they could fix it then there was a fixed price of $500+ GST. I said I would see what the issue was but really just wanted a quote. The guy arrived and assessed the issue, he wanted to just patch it up with a silicone gun and charge me the fixed gutter repair cost of $500+ GST which is fine if I’d wanted to go ahead with the job. However, when I said thanks but I’d need to have a think about it and get another comparison quote, he rang his boss. Then his boss rang me, was rude and told me that we had agreed that it was a ‘go ahead with the job’ situation for the fixed gutter repair cost he’d mentioned on the phone. I explained that I had double checked there was no call out fee and I just wanted a quote at this stage. The owner was very rude to me then hung up on me. The tradesperson that was here packed up and left without saying a word to me. It was all really disappointing and confusing. If I’d wanted to just patch up the gutter with a silicone gun I could have got one from Bunnings for a lot less than $550!! I would definitely not recommend Top Roof Restoration!!

Malik and the guys did a great job on our roof - a two story dutch colonial roof which many people wouldn't work on, these guys had no problem doing it with a good can-do attitude. They cleaned, repointed, undercoated and painted the roof very efficiently, everything was left clean and tidy. I'm very happy with the results, thanks again guys.
