I can’t recommend A1 Roofing Restorations highly enough. Richard provided an outstanding level of service from start to finish and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate my roof, clearly explain the issues causing the leaks, and outline the best repair options without any pressure or upselling. The repairs were carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, giving me complete confidence that the leaks have been properly resolved. What really stood out was Richard’s focus on future-proofing the roof, not just patching the immediate problem. His advice and workmanship have significantly improved the longevity of my roof and given me real peace of mind. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and highly responsive roofing professional, Richard at A1 Roofing Restorations is the person to call. An excellent experience all round.
Do NOT recommend. Pushy and put pressure on us to make decisions quickly. Exorbitant pricing, poor quality workmanship - pictures speak for themselves.
Clearing of gutters on a run of four houses. Richard and his team efficiently cleared the blocked gutters on my house and my neighbour’s. Great job – would recommend them.
Replacement of Ridge & Hip tiles, repointing and weatherproofing the chimney. The ridge tiles had slipped out of position, causing dampness in the bedroom ceiling. Richard and his team identified the issue and suggested solutions. They replaced the old tiles with a dry ridge equivalent and used comprehensive scaffolding. The result was a weatherproof roof, guaranteed for 10 years. Well done to Richard and his team!
Highly recommend richard for anyone looking for quality roofing work,
The whole project took about two days and included pressure cleaning, rebedding and repointing all ridges, fixing broken roof tiles, replacing the roof valley, and painting. The team worked efficiently and professionally, and the final result looks amazing.
