AFM Roofing

AFM Roofing is a family business that has operated in the roofing industry for more than 30 years. The company provides a 25-year material guarantee and uses only Australian-made materials, specialising in ZINCALUME® and COLORBOND® roofing.

AFM Roofing is fully licensed plumbers, carries full public liability insurance, and complies with all OHS practices. The business services Greater Geelong, the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast, Werribee, Ballarat and Melbourne. Its main services include roof inspections, roof repairs, new roofs, and wall cladding.

AFM Roofing takes on cladding, new roof installation and running repairs to existing gutters for homeowners and commercial clients around Geelong, and the feedback is consistently warm. More than one review highlights punctuality and quoting that involves genuine callbacks rather than silence, along with plain-language explanations of each stage of the work. A point made in several accounts is the handling of older, out-of-square properties, with one 120-year-old home finished so that the result looked remarkable.

Adam is named as accommodating, Aaron and his crew are credited with a coordinated approach, and Wayne is mentioned approvingly for roofing work. Customers note that jobs are completed in a timely manner, that harnesses are used on site, which saved one client considerable money on safety rail, and that there are no hidden extras beyond the agreed figure. Repeat business is common, with some people returning for second and third projects, including two commercial premises, and business owners and families alike value the quality of the completed work and the friendliness of the team.
