Baker Roofing Sydney

Good, quick fast communication. The work was done on time and to a high standard. Recommended!

Baker roofing did an excellent job at fixing and uplifting my roof. Chris did well to address all the issues and provide me an update when completing the job.

Highly recommend the team at Baker Roofing. Great communication and transparent quoting. I have used Baker Roofing twice for 2 separate repairs and i'm very happy with their work.

I recently hired Baker Roofing to replace a section of my gutters and two poorly installed flashings. I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was incredibly professional, punctual, and communicative. The new flashing looks fantastic and perfectly watertight, and the new gutters are working exactly as they should. Highly recommend them for any roofing or gutter needs!

Very prompt and reliable service. The job was done extra fast with minimal disruption. And the roof looks perfect. Great job. Thanks guys

My experience was bad with skylight installations. I showed the installer where 2 skylights were to be placed by pointing at the ceiling in two separate rooms and both were placed between the wrong sets of rafters. While one skylight was subsequently moved to the right location the other was not and the company refused to offer a discount for incorrect placement of the second skylight. I was told I was at fault and should have drilled or marked in the ceiling where the skylights should go. From my perspective this was a very unreasonable expectation and was never suggested to me at any stage. The company was engaged for their expertise and I believe it was incumbent on them to place any markings on the ceilings to double check location. When I suggested I deduct the labour costs on installing the second skylight the company threatened to come and remove the skylights and leave holes in my roof. Really unhappy with this service and communication.

Great work and satisfied customer.
