From the get-go the process was stress free. First of all my experience with EMR reinforced my belief that you cannot possibly get anything like an accurate quote from those roofing companies that say "no visit necessary we do it by satellite". Yes a satellite will show the roof surface area and allow for a quote on that basis, but, as I discovered when the boys from the EMR came, there were other issues that only an on-site inspection can uncover. I have always suffered from a flooded kitchen when rain was extremely heavy and it was identified that the original roofing gutter design was poor and did not allow for the water to be directed away in multiple directions, so with "flooding rain" the dispersal was not good enough. This was resolved by the use of box guttering and new spreaders and additional piping to share the water flow away from the house. We did have asbestos in the roofing and EMR arranged for that to be dealt with in a fast and effective manner. The new roof was installed in a fast and efficient manner and the company was very thorough in checking on our choice of colour several times to make certain we received what we wanted. In addition where they believed something didn't need replacing they were quick to point it out, and in fact they determined all our gutters, replaced under 10 years ago, were in good condition and did not need replacing - thus saving us money, The roof looks fantastic and we truly believe the cost has been offset by the additional value to the property. The photos do not do it justice, we are on a slope and it is hard to get a decent picture. Now, the scaffolding company failed to take one piece of scaffold away and EMR dealt with the company and made certain that was done. Finally, the asbestos removalists did damage a whirlygig when removing the roof to get to the asbestos, but communicating that to EMR resulted in the company purchasing a replacement and fitting it at no extra cost - that was really appreciated and a reflection of great service to the client. My only recommendation in terms of improving an already excellent service is to suggest a site inspection at the completion of the job to just affirm there are no issues. In fact there were minor issues that were NOT the result of the work by EMP (like the damaged whirligig) that could then be discussed with the client. Notwithstanding this suggestion, I honestly recommend the company and thank Wayne, Lisa and all the team who worked on the project.

These guys did a brilliant job replacing our roof. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they were flexible in adjusting the installation date to work around some other work we had going on. The new roof looks fantastic, and everything was left clean and tidy at the end. The installer, Dave, was amazing and worked really long hours to ensure the job was complete in the promised time.

I rarely write feedback but needed to give a shout out to these roofers. From start quoting process to inspection and execution, final touches and rectifying issues. All the small issues you find during replacement of an existing roof were considered and dealt with during the process. Not the cheapest quote I had but not in the high end either. Very happy with the outcomes.
