What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Melbourne Roof Tiling Services Pty Ltd holds a 4.8 average from 196 reviews. Reviewers describe re-tiling, re-bedding and repointing of ridge caps, chimney re-flashing, and roof cleaning, with Pat and Harley named repeatedly for daily updates, competitive quoting and returning at no charge to fix unrelated leaks discovered after the main job.
One reviewer described a more difficult experience where a roof cleaning job contaminated a swimming pool and water tank, and follow-up requests over several months went unresolved. Aside from that account, the large majority of reviews describe thorough, well-communicated tiling and repair work.

Harley was very responsive and professional. No fuss service which was carried out from assessment to completion very quickly. Came home one day and the roof was beautiful with no mess or rubbish left behind. Highly Recommend.
Harley was most gracious and generous in his approach to a very old roof of a little cottage that was in urgent need of repairs. The service was excellent and careful, detailed repairs have given the roof another lease on life. Thank you to all the team.
I got a clean, repair and repaint done on my roof in 2022. Very happy with the project overall. Recently I've been having some minor issues that turned out to be due to lack of weep holes along the top ridgeline of our roof. When I contacted this business again, they came out and dealt with it almost immediately, free of charge. This is even after the business changed hands. Super impressed with the commitment to good work and will be using them again for any additional roof needs.
Pat, Brad, Riley, Matt and Ryan did a fantastic job on our roof. The weather was very off and on and the guys came back multiple times in the week to ensure the mortar had enough time to set and everything was done correctly. Very thorough job.
Excellent service and care. Tiles above front door pulled up and replaced and ridge caps re pointed after noticing leak inside front door. Gutters were in a very bad way. would have won worst gutters award if they were handing out such awards. Riley did an excellent job I would definitely recommend this company.
From beginning to end our negotiations with Patrick & the excellent work by his team replacing our very aged terracotta tiled roof, were of the highest standard. Highly recommend Melbourne Roof Tiling Services Pty Ltd.
Melbourne Roof Tiling Services re-tiled our 3 story 95 year old apartment building - the work also included re-flashing the chimneys & front tower. Harley, Pat & their team were very good to deal with & completed the project in a professional manner. We are very happy with the final result - the roof looks great.
