What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Platinum Roofing in Toowoomba is listed as a roofing supply store and carport and pergola builder, and the two accounts available describe contrasting experiences. A customer reports satisfactory workmanship on a completed roof, describing the quality of the finished result as decent.
The other account concerns a request for a quote to replace an entire roof after the company had repaired a neighbouring roof following a severe hailstorm, with several calls made to obtain that quote. Despite assurances that someone would attend, no visit took place and no quote was provided, even after further contact with the business. The completed job met expectations, while the quotation process for the roof replacement did not progress.
Reviews

I contacted this company as they fixed my neighbours roof after a massive hailstorm. Called several times to receive a quote to get a complete roof replaced. Same roof as neighbour (size etc.) makes it a fairly easy quote. Got ensured someone will drop by shortly but no one ever came, called or reached out in whatever possible way. Even after calling the company again to ask what is going on, they told me that someone will check in with me shortly. Several months later still no attempt of contact. Very disappointing.
Top roofers. Very decent quality work
