Roof Restoration Newcastle

Tile roof repair and re-spraying sit at the centre of the work described by customers of this Newcastle business, alongside gutter cleaning and painting. Several accounts highlight a tile roof on a homestead-style home where rotted batons had caused leaks through more than a hundred broken tiles; the crew removed the tiles, replaced the batons and tracked down hard-to-find matching tiles in hot conditions.

Reviewers frequently point to that the job was completed as estimated, with the outcome matching the quoted scope, and that the company was straightforward to deal with throughout. Named staff Dave and Daniel are singled out for their workmanship and manner, with customers describing them as wonderful and expressing delight at how the finished roof turned out.

One thing mentioned again and again is the sense that the business acted in the customer's interest rather than pushing unnecessary work, and that advice given before the job held up once it was underway. Communication is described as clear, with expectations set early and progress easy to follow. The finished roof has stopped the leaks, and the tidy handling of tiles and batons features in the accounts alongside the care taken to match replacement tiles to the original.
