Shane and his team did an outstanding job with the gable repair. They were friendly, professional, and prompt in organising and completing the work. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and I greatly appreciated the service provided on Saturday.
Shane is a true professional - honest, respectful, thorough in his work, takes pride in delivering great service and 200% commitment to his clients. Shane is an excellent boss/mentor to his team of workers, who in turn display the same professional qualities --- so it is not hard to see why Total Roof Restoration gets heaps of 5* reviews!
Thank you so much to Shane and his team at Total Roof! They are professional, reliable, and great to deal with. I had a few roof tiles damaged during my solar panel installation, and Shane kindly came back to help fix them as well. Amazing service and really appreciate the extra care. 200% recommend Total Roof!
I had a roof leak to the bathroom, Shane and his team found the problem, it was a loose roof tile that was out of place. He did not charge for his time and service. I would highly recommend him.
Great company, great team. They had the stock (roof tiles) I needed, during an emergency. Excellent to deal with and cannot thank them enough!
Shane and his team did a brilliant job in our roof restoration 2 years ago, and when it was time to replace the laserlite roof sheets, I have absolutely no hesitation in bringing back Total Roof to do the job! Shane and his staff who were on site to quote and work on the tasks were honest, cheerful, skilful and knowledgeable. It is rare to find good reliable tradesmen nowadays, so Total Roof Restoration comes highly recommended.
We had some rotten guttering on our second story. The team at Total Roof Restoration gave us a detailed quote (actually visited, so no hidden costs later) including a cherry picker. A cherry picker arrived on the day plus four men an hour later. Job was finished same day and the boss even came back and pointed some hip tiles they had seen the next day. Very happy with the result.
