Roofing installations and replacements across Bendigo form the core of this contractor's work, and the feedback gathered from clients presents a mixed picture. One customer speaks highly of Gary, describing him as both a decent individual and a competent installer who continued to assist after a builder entered liquidation, working to cover a house roof and shield the exposed framing. That account points to a willingness to help in trying circumstances and a degree of honesty the client regarded as uncommon. Other accounts focus on reliability.

According to those reports, agreed timeframes were not honoured, a promised visit to quote on storm-damaged roofing for an insurance claim never took place, and jobs were left incomplete for lengthy periods, with damage to the building resulting. The recurring theme is inconsistent follow-through, where some clients received committed assistance while others describe unmet promises and unfinished work. The gap between the personal goodwill directed at the installer and the reports of delayed or abandoned jobs runs through the feedback for this roofing business.
