GC Roof Tiling Solutions

We're so pleased we chose Max Roofing Solutions to restore and paint the roof tiles on our units at Southport. Ashley and team were client focussed and provided great service and quality while working around our solar installers, all to a tight deadline. We'd have no hesitation engaging them for future work or recommending them to others. Thanks Greg & Janette Wood.

I engaged Max Roofing in Aug 2021 to inspect the roof and carry out a full roof repaint. Everything progressed quickly and was completed in a timely fashion. However in Jan 2022 we had a leak after a storm. After taking a close look at the roof, we noticed that the previous paint had not been properly stripped before re-painting. This resulted in the new paint bubbling which affected the quality of the re-paint. In fact there was still leaf litter under the new paint. The roof was eventually re-inspected and the paint stripped off in Feb 2022. They blamed their workers for not using the correct water blaster to remove the original paint. As of Nov 2022, no further progress has been made despite repeated phone calls and emails. We recently went up on the roof the assess for ourselves. The remaining paint has still not been properly stripped and is once again bubbling. Still no response after another email. Seems our emails and phone calls are being ignored/ blocked. Essentially, we have thrown away $3500 on a bad job! This should be a warning to potential renovators. If things don’t go as planned Max Roofing will NOT follow through with remedial action. I do not recommend them at all!!!!

Ashley and his team helped us fix a 50 year old roof that had many leaks from age and recent storm damage. Even though the guys were and are busy fixing storm damage throughout the area they were professional, courteous, and diligent. Ashley coordinated everything and we're really happy with the result of their work. We'll definitely use Max Roofing for any work again in the future. Highly recommended!!! Thanks guys!

Great company. We had 3 others try to fix our leaky roof. These guys fixed something off another roofers recommendation and it wasn't the issue the roof still leaked, they returned the following day and fixed the issue free of charge. Cant speak highly enough of them.

I was extremely impressed with the work completed by Max Roofing Solutions on my roof. They were extremely professional and friendly, the job was reasonably priced and the whole process seemed seamless. The repairs were finished quickly, and they fixed another issue at no extra cost and provided a detailed report. I found Ashley very knowledgable and helpful, and I’m very glad that his business was recommended to me. I rarely write reviews but I would highly recommend this business.

The team at Max Roofing Solutions were fantastic. They were punctual, efficient, professional and kind. I had organised a tree lopper to prune the neighbour's massive mango tree branch that was towering over my gutter in preparation for the new gutter guard install. Unfortunately, he was unable to come early enough. Instead of postponing the job, Ashley and his team kindly took care of the tree branch and removed it for me. The gutter guard was installed quickly and the area was left clean and tidy! I'd like to thank them for the professional job and their kindness.

Ashley was great to deal with from start to finish. He was reasonably priced, and did some things at no additional cost. Highly recommended
