What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Gutter Knight Mackay & Whitsundays draws consistent praise for its gutter guard work, with the aluminium product frequently noted as colour-matched closely to existing gutters so it blends into the roofline. A complimentary gutter clean before installation is mentioned often, as is replacement of worn mesh on house and shed gutters. Bird mesh for solar panels, solar panel cleaning and general gutter protection also feature in the feedback. Dave is the name that recurs throughout, described as prompt, reliable and knowledgeable, turning up when he says he will and completing work within a single day without delays.

Kelly is singled out for keeping customers well informed and resending emails when needed. Several buyers describe the finish as clean and professional, with thorough cleaning of gutter and roof fittings, careful site cleanup afterwards and before-and-after photographs supplied as evidence. Clear quotes and fair pricing are raised regularly, alongside communication that stays strong from the first quote through to completion. The guard itself is described as doing what it promises, and the process is repeatedly characterised as smooth, with problems handled helpfully when they arose.

Dave, was professional from the start, to being on time to give me a quote to the finish of the job. He cleaned my gutters and never left a mess, completed the job in the time frame he told me and to finished off by sending me photos of the before and after job. Well done Dave a few of the other trades can learn a thing or tow from you.

We used Gutter Knight Mackay & were very happy with the job done. Dave turned up for the quote (very rare for Mackay) soon after we contacted him & offered us a good price for the job. A date for the job was agreed & Dave turned up on time & proceeded to do an excellent job. We were very happy with the whole process & would definitely recommend this company to provide your gutter protection. He also provided 38 before & after photos of the roof & gutters so we could see the job had been done as agreed!!
