Kevin came out first to do a site inspection and was incredibly knowledgeable — he pinpointed the issue straight away and took the time to clearly explain exactly what was going on. He walked me through the problem in detail and recommended the best, most affordable solution to keep my roof compliant and safe. A few days later, Bryden completed the work, including turning down the roof sheets and installing weather sealing. He went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra things that weren’t even in the original quote, just to make sure there was no chance of water getting in. He also performed a water test and showed me photos of all the completed work, which gave me great peace of mind. He left everything clean and tidy and was very friendly throughout. He also replaced some of the downpipes and, even though they’re up on the roof where no one would really notice, he made sure the colour matched the existing pipes perfectly — a great example of the attention to detail this team brings. Courtney in admin was also fantastic — she kept me fully informed every step of the way, making sure I knew all the dates, appointments, and what to expect. Overall, a professional, thorough, and trustworthy team. I highly recommend HK Roofing if you want the job done properly.
