Main services include plumbing and roofing repairs, installations, and maintenance.

Mackay homeowners and businesses needing roofing work turn to Bradshaw Plumbing & Roofing for projects spanning roof installation, replacement and insulation, alongside plumbing and related services such as drainage, septic system work, hot water supply and bathroom remodelling. Among the four usable reviews, praise centres on prompt, professional attention, with a fast work pace and a tidy site left behind mentioned by more than one customer. The quality of the finished job draws repeated approval, particularly on roof installations and new insulation, and one account notes the work was completed without issues.

Several reviewers describe the team as friendly and helpful. On the other side, a customer reports difficulty obtaining a callback after repeated calls about a roof replacement inquiry, while another expresses general disappointment with the service received. The feedback therefore reflects a mix of positive experiences around the quality and efficiency of completed jobs, alongside concerns about communication and follow-through. The installation of new roofing and insulation remains the work most often cited by satisfied customers.
