Garden City Roofing

Garden City Roofing is a roofing contractor based in Toowoomba, serving the community since 2007. The contact person is Grant. The service area includes Toowoomba, Dalby, Warwick and surrounds. The company specialises in the restoration, replacement and installation of metal sheet roofs, and in the installation of Colorbond steel. Products used include Colorbond, Blue Mountain Mesh and Lysaght.

It installs or replaces roofs for both commercial and residential properties, including existing properties and new builds. Services include reroofing, roof restorations, installations and cleaning, guttering replacement and clean-outs, solar lights and whirlybird installations, and licensed asbestos removal with clearance certificates.

Garden City Roofing draws consistent praise for the professionalism and workmanship of Grant, whose name appears throughout customer accounts, along with thanks directed to Carl. More than one customer describes his experience and the advice he provides, noting that he explains options clearly and makes the process straightforward. Something that features in review after review is reliability: work is finished on schedule, sometimes sooner than expected, and communication stays clear from the first conversation until the job is signed off.

Reviewers highlight the standard of the finished roof, whether terracotta tiles were replaced with Colorbond or an older house was brought back to looking new. Fair pricing and accurate timelines are mentioned, with quotes described as competitive, while tidiness stands out through sites left clean and rubbish removed once work wraps up. The crew is called hard working and pleasant, and praise extends to how a challenging site with multiple issues was handled with a positive, can-do approach. Quality engagement is noted alongside the careful personal involvement that runs through the whole job.
