What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Mackay and Whitsunday Roofing handles roofing contracting work around Walkerston. One account describes great service and a friendly manner, with the customer recommending the business. The other account is critical: that customer says a roof was left unfinished for more than two years, that the tradesperson, named as Stumpy, repeatedly said he would return to complete it but never turned up despite many attempts to make contact.
The same reviewer adds that the business had come highly recommended, which made the situation harder to accept. Both accounts concern roofing work, but they point in opposite directions, one toward a satisfactory and personable job and the other toward long delays and an incomplete result.

We are very disappointed with Mackay and Whitsunday Roofing. We have been waiting for over two years for Stumpy to come and finish our roof. We have contacted him many times and he says he will come and do it but never turns up. He came highly recommended. What a shame.
great service ...very friendly...recommend
