VP Roofing & Home Improvements Townsville

VP Roofing & Home Improvements is a locally owned and operated roofing contractor established in 2010 by Jeremy Waldron, who is the Company Director and has over 20 years of experience in the roofing and home improvements industry. The company has grown from a sole tradesman team to a team of 15+ employees plus subcontractor crews. The Home Improvements Division is led by Mark Nettle.

The company services Townsville and surrounding regions and offers guaranteed workmanship. Recent projects completed include the Waltzing Matilda Centre in Winton, RAAF Base Townsville, Lavarack Barracks Townsville, and the Townsville Secure Mental Health Facility. VP Roofing & Home Improvements specialises in roofing, patios, sheds, carports, decks, wall cladding, skylights and roof ventilation.

Projects involving gutter replacement, patio roof conversions, double carports and wider home improvement work have drawn repeat business to VP Roofing & Home Improvements from clients around Townsville. More than one customer describes a straightforward, well organised process in which quotes were detailed and competitive, and the team measured on site before committing to a price rather than relying on estimates from a distance. An aspect raised across a number of reviews is reliability: jobs began and finished on schedule, and the site was cleaned up each day with attention to detail.

Reviewers often mention clear communication before and during the work, with updates on timeframes and progress that kept clients informed and at ease. Named staff feature prominently, with Clint praised for his timely quoting and Pauline and Kelli acknowledged for their friendly handling of questions, while Mark is credited with honesty and expertise on an insulated roof installation. Customers also highlight assistance with the Household Resilience Program, which was made stress-free, and the willingness to engage with council over approvals. The finished standard of gutters, roofing and carpentry is described as professional, and the team is remembered for being courteous and accommodating throughout.
