The team were very professional. Excellent service. Very prompt in their response when contacting them. Next day inspection which was incredible. Work completed within a week of initial quote. Very knowledgeable in regard to how our roof was storing moisture. They gave us an idea of how it was happening and how they could fix it. Very competitive pricing. I would recommend this company for any roof repairs you’d need.

Newcastle roofing professionals replaced my house roof at the start of the year. And they did a great job. I really liked how they did quality assurance with an inspector coming around after the job to make sure everything was good. I would have given them 5 stars if this was my only interaction with them. Subsequently, I asked them to fix the faulty gutter/roof on my garage (seperate building to the house) and they came around to do a quote but when I followed up a week or so later, they informed me that they were too busy with reroofs to do my roof repair. So then I asked that they do a quote for a re-roof for my garage because that was another possible course of action I was contemplating and I assumed that they could do that with the data they already had. They then responded saying that they were also too busy to re-roof my garage. It was quite off-putting that they had time for other peole's reroofs but not my re-roof.

It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Newcastle Roofing professionals. When I needed repairs for my tile roof I put out feelers for quotes. I settled for this company for the following reasons. one was the way they presented themselves on the phone and when there rep came and made himself known and what was quoted. The repairs were first class. When the job was completed they left the work place clean and tidy I would reccomend the company for anyone needing any work done.

The price quoted was competitive and the sales service was very professional. The team turned up on time and finished the work to a very high standard in a short time period. They cleaned up the site at the end of the day and took all rubbish away. All staff were easy to talk with and flexible. We would recommend Newcastle Roofing Professionals to anyone wishing to get any roofing work done on their premises.
